How to use:
\n\u2013 Rosemary essential oil can be used topically without dilution.
\n\u2013 Flavoring: add +- 06 drops of natural rosemary essential oil from Perfumaria Brasil to the water and add it to the room diffuser\/humidifier
\n\u2013 Massage: add 6 to 10 drops of natural rosemary essential oil to every 30ml of vegetable oil and use it in the massage
\n\u2013 Immersion bath (bathtub, ofuro, etc): : add 5 to 10 drops of rosemary essential oil in a tub of warm water. In case of sensitive skin, dilute in a teaspoon of vegetable base.
\n\u2013 Sitz bath: dilute 10 drops of rosemary natural essential oil in 5 tablespoons of carrier oil and add to the sitz bath water.
\n\u2013 Local compress: drip 3 to 6 drops of rosemary natural essential oil qt. cineole in cold or hot water, use a towel to make the compress.
